Open to individuals between the ages of 21 and 30 who are nationals of WTO member countries or countries in accession negotiations, this program seeks applicants who have already completed their undergraduate degree and are at least one year into a postgraduate program. Interns engage in a range of professional areas, including trade law, economics, administration, communications, human resources, language services, statistics, IT, and information management.
The internship is designed to last for a maximum of six months and offers a daily stipend of CHF 60. This financial support helps cover living costs during the stay in Geneva, providing students the chance to focus on gaining experience in a real-world, multicultural working environment.
