The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), the country’s central bank, has announced multiple job openings across several departments, offering an excellent opportunity for skilled professionals to build rewarding careers in banking and finance. The recruitment drive aims to attract talented individuals with expertise in IT, law, and heritage management to strengthen the bank’s operational and institutional framework.

The key positions currently available include IT Support Officer, NOC Engineer (for Karachi and Hyderabad), IT Security and Compliance Officer, and System Administrator within the IT Department. The Legal Services Department is seeking qualified candidates for the roles of Legal Officer (OG-2) and Law Officer (OG-3). Meanwhile, the Museum and Archives Department is looking for professionals for positions such as Assistant Curator, Digital Museum Officer, Museum Manager, and Research and Education Officer.

Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (16 years of education) in relevant fields such as Information Technology, Law, Archaeology, or related disciplines from an HEC-recognized university. Professional experience ranging from 3 to 8 years in the relevant field is required, depending on the position. The age limit for applicants ranges from 35 to 48 years, with certain age relaxations as per SBP policies. Candidates are also expected to possess strong communication, analytical, and technical skills relevant to their respective roles.

Most of the positions are based in Karachi, while one opening is located in Hyderabad. Interested individuals can apply through the SBP careers portal by submitting their applications online.
