The Hansen Leadership Institute (HLI) is designed for individuals with strong leadership qualities who are dedicated to improving their communities, countries, or regions. The fully funded fellowship aims to enhance participants’ personal and professional growth in today’s competitive world. Through leadership training, mentorship, and experiential learning, the program equips international students with the skills needed for conflict resolution, cooperation, and building a peaceful future. The Hansen Summer Institute includes lectures, interactive sessions, and practical training focused on peacebuilding and global cooperation. Participants will also explore the city of San Diego during the program.
